TERMS & CONDITIONS

ACCEPTANCE:

This site can only be used or accessed by anyone who is willing to accept these terms and conditions. In continuing to use this site you acknowledge and agree these terms and conditions. If you do not do so you should exit this site immediately.
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website you must: be over 18 years of age; provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information; provide a valid delivery address;

(Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary accommodation addresses are not acceptable).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & COLOURS:

Every effort is made to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the samples and images shown on this Website but they might not be exactly the same. We regret that no responsibility can be accepted for these slight variations which all add to the unique features of our Products including but not limited to the following:

All measurements are approximate, please allow +/- 2cm variance on sizes stated.
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour representations; colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software, or printer.

PRICES & PAYMENT METHODS:

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates but excluding delivery charges.

Jenny Gutierrez Limited currently only accepts payment via credit/debit card or via paypal.

No order is binding on you or Jenny Gutierrez Limited until we have accepted it and received payment in full. All title and ownership to the ordered Goods will pass to you from the moment they are dispatched by us to the postal service, or to our carriers, or on payment in full by you of the price of the Goods and any delivery charge (if applicable); and risk will pass on delivery.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Standard Products: You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered. If these Products have already been dispatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them upon delivery.

Made-To-Order Products: If you need to amend or cancel your order for Made-to-Order Products you are entitled to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend or cancel your order more than 48 hours after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we incur in relation to your order.

REFUND POLICY:

FAULTY ITEMS
We will be happy to repair, exchange or refund any faulty Jenny Gutierrez Limited product that is returned to us in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received it, together with proof of purchase within 6 months of purchase. This excludes items made to order / made to your specifications. Due to hygiene reasons, this also excludes earrings. Please contact us to arrange this prior to sending the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS / REFUNDS:

Standard Products: You can return any unused and unaltered product ordered up to 7 Working Days commencing from the day after receipt of the Products, by contacting us within the 7 working day period and we will refund any payment that you have already made. We request that any such cancelled Products are returned to us at your own cost within 7 Working Days of the date of cancellation.
If you return Products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you retain some proof of postage in the event that the Products go missing, as Products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.

Refunds will be provided within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

Made-to-Order Products cannot be returned after you have received them, unless they are defective.

DELIVERY:

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimated are not guaranteed however we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated time. We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Specific delivery times and days cannot be agreed at any time in the order process. Customers must inform us of items not received within 30 days; failure to notify us within this 30 day timeframe will invalidate any claim for refund or replacement.

RISK & PROPERTY:

We carry the risk of loss or damage to the Products until you receive them. If you return the Products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time at which we receive them.
